The Citadel X3 handles monopolar, bipolar, and vessel sealing in one unit with configurable modes that adapt to different surgical specialties. Unlike basic ESUs that force you to work around their limitations, this one adjusts tissue sensing automatically and gives you two independent coagulation outputs for complex procedures.

The patient return electrode monitor actively prevents burn injuries while data logging tracks your last 50 cases for quality reviews. Remote power adjustment from the sterile field means less back-and-forth with your tech. Worth noting: the vessel sealing modes include audio feedback and alarms when seals aren’t proper.

The touchscreen won’t slow you down between cases, and the waterproof footswitches handle whatever the OR throws at them. Self-diagnostics run system checks automatically.
