Single-color LED technology eliminates the color-shifting issues that plague multi-LED surgical lights, giving surgeons consistent tissue and vessel assessment throughout procedures. The HarmonyAIR G-Series delivers 160,000 lux from just 60 LEDs in a compact 24-inch housing, with exceptional color rendering (CRI up to 96, R9 up to 98) that shows true tissue colors under surgical conditions.
The built-in HD camera fits directly into the sterile handle for unobstructed surgical site visualization, controlled from the wall panel or through STERIS HexaVue integration. Worth noting: the 40-watt power consumption produces significantly less heat than halogen or previous-generation LEDs, reducing tissue desiccation risk while keeping OR staff more comfortable during long procedures.
Sterile field controls in the lighthead let surgeons adjust intensity, spot size (7 to 11 inches), and positioning without breaking sterility. The suspension system accommodates everything from single-light setups to tandem configurations with monitor yokes that handle displays up to 32 inches.
