About the Hill-Rom Century 835 / 837 Hospital Bed
The Hill-Rom Century 835/837 combines central pedal steering with efficient motorized height adjustment, moving from 17″ to 30″ in just 21 seconds. This gives staff better bed positioning control while reducing the physical strain of manual steering systems.
The rebuilt electronics include new PC boards for reliable operation, while upgraded side rails and casters help reduce maintenance calls. Worth noting: you can spec either standard spring or firm orthopedic sleep surfaces depending on patient population needs.
The 36″ width fits standard room layouts without sacrificing the 80″ sleep surface length. Optional nurse call and bed exit monitoring integrate with existing hospital communication systems.
