The PneumoSure 45L delivers precise CO2 insufflation with real-time pressure sensing that adjusts flow instantly based on actual cavity conditions. Unlike older insufflators that rely on preset parameters, this system continuously monitors and responds to pressure changes during trocar placement, tissue manipulation, and gas leakage.
The integrated color touchscreen puts all controls in one place, letting OR staff adjust flow rates from 3 to 45 L/min without hunting through menus.
