GANIM DRE, LLC (“DRE”, “we”, “us”) operates dremed.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Our website forms are for business inquiries about medical equipment. Please do not include patient information or other health information in a form or message.

Information you give us

When you fill in a form on our website (Contact, Request a Quote, Become a Distributor, Volume Discounts, or an International Equipment Request), we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include:

  • your name, email address and phone number
  • your organization or facility name, and your country and state or address
  • whether your facility is human healthcare or veterinary/research
  • the equipment you are interested in, including the items on a quote list, quantities and timelines
  • anything you write in a message box

We use this to answer your inquiry, prepare quotes, and route your request to the right member of our sales team.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit the website, we and the services we use collect some information automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including:

  • pages you view, links you click and the searches you run on our site
  • the page you arrived on, the website that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, an advertising campaign name)
  • your browser type, device type, language, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the date and time of your visit

We also set our own cookie, dre_attr, that remembers the page you arrived on, the referring website, campaign tags and the last page you viewed before opening a form. It lasts until you close your browser. If you submit a form, these details are saved with your inquiry so we know how you found us.

How we use information

  • to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and follow up on them
  • to manage our relationship with customers, distributors and prospective customers in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • to understand how visitors use the website and which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries
  • to measure and improve our advertising, including showing ads to people who have visited our website
  • to protect our forms and website from spam, fraud and abuse
  • to comply with legal obligations

If we send you marketing email, every message will include a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers that help us run the website and our business, under their own terms and privacy policies:

  • Website hosting and security: WP Engine (hosting) and Cloudflare (content delivery and the Turnstile check on our forms that tells people from bots).
  • CRM: form submissions are sent to our CRM, hosted by Odoo, where our sales team works on them.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics measure how the website is used.
  • Advertising: Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API, which send Meta information about visits and form submissions (such as the page, the time and a pseudonymous identifier) so we can measure and target our ads.
  • Site features: Algolia (site search), GTranslate (page translation), Google Maps (map on our Contact page), Google Fonts, and WhatsApp (if you choose to message us there).

We may also disclose information to our affiliated companies, to a buyer in connection with a sale or merger of our business, or when required by law (see Legal disclosures).

Your choices

  • Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website still works without them, although some features may not.
  • Google Analytics: you can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
  • Meta advertising: you can manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
  • Your information: to ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information we are required to keep by law.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and customer records in our CRM for as long as we need them for our business relationship with you and to meet legal, accounting and regulatory requirements. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to each provider’s retention settings.

Security

DRE takes reasonable measures to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

Our website is intended for healthcare, veterinary and research professionals and businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Legal disclosures

We may disclose your personal information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.

California privacy rights

Under California law, California residents who have an established business relationship with DRE may request, once per calendar year, details about how their information has been shared with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on the website.
