The Conmed Hall PRO2042 delivers a 2:1 gear reduction ratio that provides increased torque and control when reaming in dense cortical bone. Unlike standard attachments, this Jacobs chuck configuration gives you precise bit retention across a wider range of reamer sizes.
The upside is consistent performance across multiple drill platforms. It’s compatible with PowerPro, Mpower, Mpower 2, and Hall 50 systems, so you won’t need separate attachments for different OR setups. The 1/4″ Jacobs chuck accepts standard orthopedic bits without adapter complications.
