About the DRE Vision EX5 – Portable Floor Mount
Three-stage dimming puts you in control without breaking sterile field, thanks to the autoclavable handle that adjusts brightness from 100% down to 50%. The upside: you get precise illumination control during procedures without the usual sterile barrier compromises.
The 18-LED array delivers 75,000 lux at one meter with 97 CRI color accuracy, which means tissue differentiation stays sharp even at lower dimming levels. LEDs run cool and last 50,000 hours, so you won’t deal with frequent bulb changes or excessive heat buildup over the surgical site.
The portable floor mount gives you positioning flexibility that wall or ceiling mounts can’t match. Worth noting: the articulated arm lets you dial in exact angles and heights without ceiling modifications or dedicated electrical work.
