Our engineers can often resolve issues remotely to help you save time and money. Serial numbers and photos or videos showing the problem will help our biomeds diagnose your equipment issues.

When remote support doesn't resolve an issue, we can repair your equipment or suggest a replacement. We repair equipment onsite at DRE or can dispatch a biomed to your facility to handle larger repair projects.

What are your support hours?
Our technical support hotline is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET for equipment issues.
We provide technical support for all equipment purchased through DRE. While our biomedical engineers may have the capability to service other brands, support is only available for products sold by DRE.
If a repair isn’t feasible, we’ll work with you to source a replacement. Need equipment in the meantime? Our rental division can provide short-term equipment to keep you operational.
Basic phone troubleshooting is complimentary for DRE customers. Extended support, remote diagnostics, and on-site visits are billed per service agreement or quoted per incident.
