About the AT4 Surgical Tourniquet System
The AT4 delivers dual-channel tourniquet control with built-in IVRA safety protocols that prevent incorrect cuff deflation sequences during Biers Block procedures. Unlike single-channel systems, you can run independent limb operations or coordinated bilateral procedures from one unit.
Real-time pressure monitoring shows both target and actual cuff pressures on the OLED display, while automatic diagnostics run self-checks at startup and throughout the procedure. The system tracks elapsed time with operator-set alarms and provides audible warnings for leaks, low battery, or calibration issues. Worth noting: cuffs deflate at staggered rates to minimize patient discomfort during emergence.
The integral air supply eliminates wall connections, making room-to-room transport straightforward. On-board storage keeps cuffs and hoses organized between cases.
