The Drager Fabius GS runs its E-vent ventilator entirely on electricity, which means no drive gas requirements and more consistent performance than pneumatic systems. You’ll get five ventilation modes spanning volume control through pressure support, with electronic flow measurement that gives you real-time feedback on gas delivery.

The vertical flow controls pair with electronic indicators so you can compare gas flows at a glance without doing mental math. Worth noting: the system integrates directly with Infinity monitoring platforms and supports the Pick and Go transport concept for moving between ORs. The automatic N2O cut-off kicks in when O2 pressure drops, and you’ll get both audio and visual alerts for low oxygen conditions.

The COSY breathing system adjusts for height and removes completely for cleaning. Bottom line: this covers pediatric through adult cases with backup battery power that runs both ventilator and monitoring for over 45 minutes.
