The Alaris Syringe Module gives you real-time pressure monitoring during syringe-based infusions, something you won’t find on basic pump modules. It automatically detects syringe sizes from 1 to 66 mL and delivers continuous or intermittent infusions with ±2% accuracy down to 0.01 mL/hr rates.

The pressure-sensing disc cuts alarm response time and prevents inadvertent bolus delivery after occlusion events. Worth noting: the Guardrails Suite MX integration provides dose error reduction checks for concentration, rate, and duration right at the point of care. You’ll get numeric pressure readouts instead of guessing from LED indicators.

Setup takes seconds with automatic syringe recognition. The module works exclusively with the Alaris PC Unit and supports both DEHP-free dedicated and non-dedicated administration sets.
